On Halloween night, Lynda Van Der Klok goes to Michael Myers' abandoned childhood home to meet her boyfriend Bob Simms. The house, where Michael murdered his family seventeen years earlier, becomes the setting for her final moments. Michael Myers appears and stabs Bob Simms. He then strangles Lynda, killing her. Her body is discovered later as the events of the night unfold, with Dr. Loomis and Sheriff Brackett racing to stop Michael's rampage through Haddonfield.
